This high-speed deductive action game features both a brand-new scenario, and the freshly revamped original scenario from Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. Danganronpa 2x2 is scheduled for release in North America and Europe in 2026 for Nintendo Switch™2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam®.

The ultimate comeback with a brand-new scenario
Danganronpa 2x2 includes a brand-new scenario based on Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. The setting and cast of characters remain the same, but a certain incident triggers a completely different chain of events with different victims, culprits, and tricks. This new scenario offers a volume of content on par with the original.
Improved original scenario
The original scenario of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair has been updated with new visuals and production value for modern game systems. Players will experience the shocking story, revamped to deliver a more beautiful and satisfying gameplay experience.

About Danganronpa
In the acclaimed Danganronpa series, you must use high-speed deductive action to expose a murderer. It all starts when Monokuma, a self-proclaimed headmaster, traps extremely talented high schoolers from around the world inside his academy. To escape, Monokuma forces the students to play a killing game and identify the murderer in twisted Class Trials. Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, the first game in the Danganronpa series, was released for the PSP on November 25, 2010 in Japan.
